Mode not Supported

So I was adjusting the resolution for Blockland and I accidentally pressed the wrong one. The game blacked out and my monitor said, "Mode not supported." It won't display the game but it is still running. Anything I can do?

If you're in fullscreen, do "alt + enter". If this doesn't work, isn't there a console command for resolution?

I pressed alt + enter and a message popped up saying, "This system does not support fullscreen mode."
