unable to change avatar

I'm trying to replace my current avatar with this ; and it's not working at all.
I select the image and click change profile and the page refreshes and I've still got my old avatar, or it takes like 3 hours for the changes to go into effect. Is it a forum related problem or is it just me?
Any solutions?

Your avatar is exactly what you want it to be, unless I'm the only one seeing this for some reason. Refresh this page.

You could try ctrl F5 to refresh as well but I don't know if that does anything different than normally refreshing

Must be me then.
Solution: Chrome is acting strangely, ctrl f5 fixed it.
