What I meant to say was, it's only how you take it, or how you perceive it. for example, this thread is about good days and positive stuff, and you somehow manage to turn it negative.
I guess share good things that are happening to you.
instead of picking something good that's happened, you picked possibly the worst thing that's happened to you recently
when you keep thinking about "oh this bad thing happened" then you feel bad, and if you feel bad, you think about more bad things.
think about good things instead, and here
