I am terrified. I do recitals, but nothing like this. I'm playing Time is running out by muse. Advice?

You'll do fine. Non-recital settings are actually less stressful once you get used to it.

My drum instructor will be there. So will my parents. And my grandmother. SHE IS VERY JUDGMENTAL WHEN IT COMES TO MUSIC.

sounds like fun id love to do that

the song is only like 3 minutes long; its a short period of time and most parts of the song are just basic rythms you'll probably do good enough. i mean sure you might get some parts wrong but not a big deal. just concentrate in your kit and look at what you're playing. also lots of practice till you got the song memorized helps a lot

i guess you can say

time is running out B)

If she says she doesn't like her tell her to go forget herself and that you're own god damn person and proceed to act like the edgiest thing you can come up with.
