000webhost(and by default, Host22, which is part of it) had a bad reputation in the past three years(at least) for being used for hosting 'shady' stuff. This thread on the forum(which is strangely enough, accessible on it's own, it's just individual hosts used by 000webhost that are being blocked I guess?) explains it in a bit more detail.
