Incredibly high ping, higher than usual

For some reason I'm seeing servers with ping ranging from 800 to dead. Not normal. Not downloading anything, not IMing, nothing.

Nevermind, apparantly it's the wind and everyone in the area is presumably getting low internet speed because of the goddamn high winds.
