We're not certified/professional Unity developers. I don't understand why you decided to ask us, when you could have very easily gotten instant answers with a 10 second Google search.

I would recommend switching to Unreal once you get the hang of Unity since people are begging for you to switch.

unity has a lot of documentation, that's probably a good place to start

i'd just find the engine that you're comfortable with and that provides the tools you need to create your games and stick with it
