Bot events for chat messages

Hello, I'd like a bot event where the bot can send a chat message, and another where you can set (optional) clan tags,
and also the bot's name would be used as a "username" for the chat messages sent by the bot.

unfortunately, it could be abusive, since it might be able to impersonate others

you can do this with client events
but this would be easier to use
