So, I actually found this face from my Pre-engineer class in a electricity safety video and this was one of the faces of the electricians. So I copied it and made it into a Blockland face decal.

I actually think thats a transparency issue.

i dont think this is how it works. this method is to prevent the shaders from screwing up the sun glare across the face.
