Can this computer run Blockland with max shaders?

No such PC can handle max...

If you want absolute performance out of your parts instead of the stock speed, go overclock at your own risk. IMO if you're a regular PC gamer/user I wouldnt bother overclocking because it can physically break your parts.

but at least you could play everything on max for 1 hour before your computer internally broke, actually it prob wont even last that wrong without water cooling and stuff

Yeah, it'll run shaders alright, but I wouldn't expect it to do max with a playable fps.
