Compaq Presatio cq57 startup problem

This has been happening to me for the past week and it's become very frusterating, I go to log in to my computer and when it's done saying welcome, then screen is black for 20 seconds, then when it gets done, about 30 seconds later blue screen, it never stops, I admit I've downloade a bunch of stuff and it's slow as it is but I wanna know how to fix it please

Have you tried starting it in safe mode?

Boot it up in Safe Mode with Networking, and install AdwCleaner to clear the junk out. Hopefully it helps.

Do Start - Run - Type in "appwiz.cpl"
From there, uninstall any programs you don't remember downloading and/or don't want to have anymore.

Still a better brand than Dell. Shame it doesn't exist anymore
