That's almost literally what BLight3 is. Of course it doesn't strictly follow material design, but does take a lot of bits and pieces from it.

use chrome, the buttons don't change on different browsers for some reason

as for the bbc tags, kingdaro's trying to make the theme not rely on images, so this may take a while to do

Click the Stylish button and go to Manage Styles. Find BLight3 - Blue and hit edit (I personally did this for blue), then paste this code in at the very bottom.

Blockland Light 3 is nice and all but that really tilts more towards Material Design and Not Metro Design.
There is some pretty noticeable differences in Material and Metro, one of them is that Material has more drop shadows and is not completely flat sometimes, also uses the Roboto Font and Roboto Light.Metro is completely flat, no drop shadows, and is a minimalist as possible, using "Tiles" for Icons and Segoe UI Semilight and Segoe UI for text.

I would still like a BL Metro 2, maybe something like the image I posted far back, let me just get it.

I still like BL Metro though, even though the text is cutoff on waterfox.
