Random minimizing when ever a application is running

Okay now I might have made a few posts on this but now its loving annoying as a simpleton with eggs throwing them at you're house. When ever an application is running windows 8 will minimize my application that is running when ever it wants. So I'll be in the middle of a gta mission and it will minimize for no reason, this is absolutely horrendous. How can I fix this annoyance?

This doesn't help, most of them are about aero and most of the users use windows 7 and I can't find any way to disable aero on windows 8

Assuming you mean the DWM, it's not possible normally.
