As a new user, I need help using the profile system.
I go to change my profile picture. I clicked upload my self, then put my picture. And I did change, and it didn't work.
I then waited a few hour's, with it still not working.
I also go to read the forums, not being able to see others profile pictures. ( Publicly, not like going into their account )
Can someone please help me with these issues?
( NOTE: I Joined in the forums in 2014, but never used it for anything other than downloading add ons. )
