Cargo Hold DM - Rebooted! Currently a WIP, but I can use help! (OPEN)

Overview
Now, some (or none) of you remember the gamemode Cargo Hold DM, right? Well, here I have remade it and I plan on finishing it this time around. This is currently a work in progress, but I'm open to help from anyone who wants to contribute. Those who work will recieve a special mention in the credits (seen by clicking on the glowy thing at spawn)
Things to Do (for now)
There are two things to do to pass the time in the server:

Testers	Builders
Mess around inside the cargo hold, and find any bugs, glitches, or chests Builders need to tweak/add	Help add cargo boxes, chests, and fix issues with the gamemode. Can also double as a Tester

By default, everyone who joins is a Tester, but you can be a Builder by filling this thingy out:

IGN: In-Game Name and ID
Building Experience: For how long have you been building?
Example: Post a picture or .bls of something you have built recently
Rules
There is only one rule in this server: DON'T BE AN starfish. Being an starfish includes the following- breaking the build, being a nuisance, spamming the server, or generally BEING AN starfish. Punishments are below:

First Offense	-	Kick
Second Offense	-	Hour Ban
Third Offense	-	Day Ban
Fourth Offense	-	Perma Ban

If you get perma-banned, don't worry- your ban will be lifted when the server opens.

Credits
This will be updated frequently, so check often! You have to stay for a total of a half-hour in order to make the list.

It's not much but I have around 16 million blocks of space to fill, so this will obviously be much larger near the end.
