I've been talking forever on this because I'm super super slow at perfecting something...

Half-Life Deathmatch's popular remake... Crossfire.

I took the screenshots in windowed-mode so they are low resolution GG.

The map is about 90% complete, I've been hosting early beta DM soo people can run around in it while I finish up.

All the features will be in this build along side the airstrike. (besides the secrete room, too bad so sad.)

It's quite bland and ugly in certain areas, I plan on hosting it with a blank studs pack of some form. I debated on using modTer on some areas so I can texture them, I did do it for one thing as of today the generators which I'm to lazy to show a screenshot of.

as of update 7-12-15 6099 bricks are in use. This may vary greatly within the next few updates.

If you want to join the server, look in the list it should be there every once in a while ( I will not be posting when it's up or not until I make a respective thread for it, me and Aidan are still trying to figure out how this'll work).

Are you gonna have the nuke button?

Are you gonna have the nuke button?

Yessir I did indeed state the airstrike was gonna make it into it. It's gonna be the exact copy as the original, so no abuse will take place.

Really cool build. Did you make custom bricks for the ramps?

Really cool build. Did you make custom bricks for the ramps?

That was the first intent, but I had to resort to these

UPDATE: Pretty much complete, I don't have the proper weapons to place around everywhere, and the airstrike works (with only one issue, the front of the bunker gets blown up no matter how much I move stuff around). This is a 1:1 scale build, minus the very few limitations Blockland comes with. some areas are perfect, others are a tiny bit off. Due to Blockland not having anything like mounted guns (the turret vehicles wouldn't work in the towers anyway) I used a special zone brick to make some form of cannon.

TO DO: Last things I need to setup are the health chargers, I textured the suit chargers and placed them in first, now I need to put these in.

*bad lighting*

i like how clean it looks.

Purely beautiful save, will you release it when it's done?

Purely beautiful save, will you release it when it's done?

This is a possibility. Since I'm gonna do as many maps as I can, I'll release them in a pack. One extra reason that's compelling me not to: The map is very messy, in order to do some complex brick placements I use zonebricks everywhere. I was trying to refrain from doing so, but it turned to heighten the difficulty by a whole bunch. The zonebricks do help with making the airstrike possible. If I were to place them a different way to make it so that once you are inside the front part of the bunker you won't die, but that has proven to be really really difficult. I blame that on not planing out the bunker as much as the rest of the map.

Another thing I'm going to try to do (after I come back from leaving town 10 days from now) is texture the consoles that make up the control panel in the bunker.

I stated earlier that I will be attempting to have blank brick studs, I'm still debating this due to it looking even more bland then it is now. Since you can't just go around painting walls without the brick becoming that color.

I'm looking for some suggestions and more questions so feel free to ask as you wish.
