Amplitude's a PS2 rhythm game. It has a built on "Remix" feature that allows you to use the song's samples to make your own tunes. Has it's own sections and everything and it's a really nice game to use and a really fun game to use the Remix mode on.

Anyways, lemme know what you think.

you know, I was gonna come into this thread saying things like "you're my hero" or "you the real MVP" but I figured I should listen to the remix first, so I did.

it made me want to ask you something.

if you weren't restrained by the limitations of the game's remix feature, what would you have done differently?

If I actually knew how to do things a bit better in terms of remixing, I'd probably add a bit more effects, and maybe a bit more sampling. Who knows.

a little less repetition and a little more rhythm with the placement of certain samples would go a long way. not gonna lie, at the moment it's pretty messy sounding and difficult to listen to.

Removing reptition is actually pretty difficult. Amplitude has specific sections that it will play at specific points.

Example: Chorus 1 will play it's 2 bars for most of the track, then once Chorus 2 is on, repeat the same thing. I don't know, it's just pretty difficult to do with something as old as this.

Also, it's kinda sounding like that because it's mainly fast paced and what not. Sorry if you don't really like it haha
