Why is it when Sugar joins it lags, No mater what server

i think when the first person joins a server, the server lags to get ready for sending more networking information to future players. perhaps its a way to save memory when no one joined yet.

But that's not the point. It doesn't make a difference if they join first or not.

i've noticed in the console when this type of lag happens, it says "Regenerating File Manifest" or something

What is Sugar's main purpose anyway?
I mean, I've seen her/him around a couple of times (she came to my server twice but it didn't lag,) but does she/he play any of the Blockland servers at all? It quite possibly could be very lame if all she does is steal maps, and most of the stuff I make is total crap for her collection.

Shes been on my block party for the past few hours. There have been no problems relating to connection, lag, or FPS drop. It may just be coincidental.
