I can't join Tezuni's Prison escape even though its up

Tezuni's Prison escape won't show up on the server list

          Hello this is Owl (ID: 33655) so I'm and admin on Tezuni's servers and for some reason even though Tezuni's rising lava is up his prison escape has entirely dispersed from the server list. I have also tired to join the IP address to no avail, yet my alt can see the prison escape open on the server list.

So could someone help me figure out why Tezuni's Prison Escape is not showing up on the server list?
