IMO building one is a lot of fun and you learn a thing or two, and it is usually cheaper. No shame in buying a pre-built if you don't want to worry about breaking or doing something wrong.

On topic... for the price it's fine, should run most games out there fine but don't expect 60fps maxed settings.
