do you mean a bot or an actual player?

for an actual player, use this add-on called "Event - Player Bot+"

for a bot, change your player avatar to what you want the bot to look like, then use an event on the bot hole

Or if you want to do it yourself, you can click "Player" on the main menu.
If you want to do it midgame, go to the Esc menu, click "Options", then click "AvatarOptions" in the top right corner.
