What the heck has happened to Vehicle Time Killer!?

This is the weirdest bug I have ever experianced, it may not even be a bug...

It forces me to use the number 50 for the timer, whatever I type, it makes 50

So if I type "00", it types it out as "50". Then, when I do it higher than 5, it types it normally. so weird, when I type the second number, boom, it forces "50" again... Anyone else get this? I can save doing the "9" part...
