Also I have no idea why it doesn't work. My old unturned server worked, as all i did was portforward and start the server. I have no idea why this isn't working.
Check again. U once spend a day figuring out why it didnt work and I was absolutely sure I set a static IP but had to disable it for some reason and totally forgot.
try turning off router and turn back on after 10 secs
