Eat a stuffton of Turkey.

Get in your bed at the time you want to sleep at night and don't leave until you want to get up in the morning. Regardless of whether you sleep or not.

dont go on the computer for an hour or so and go to sleep early like at 9 30 pm or 9 pm
dont blame me if i said it wrong because i dont know time, since school also got out i sleep like at 1 or 2 am

move to a timezone where your sleeping times are normal

i'm having the same problem op. i went to bed at 3:30am last night and 6am the night before

Go for a walk a few hours before you go to bed.
But not right before, otherwise you'll have even more difficulties falling asleep.

Used to have the same problem, honestly the easiest way for me to do it was just stay up an entire 24 hours, and then fall asleep at around 6 pm or so. It took me a few tries, and it is really difficult to not fall asleep early, but you just gotta do it yknow. If you want you can even maybe drink energy drinks or something, but I never did bc that shiz nasty imo
