what do you mean?

open up file explorer

search for 'msvcr100d.dll'

it's not your system missing the file, it's the game

it's in the program's directory

make sure the same location as the exe file, and not the shortcut. also double check you have the right one

What program is throwing the error? It might be a generic error because something else is missing or broken.
