Author Topic: thinking about pulling an all nighter to reset my sleep schedule for school  (Read 1200 times)

What works for me is to let a stuffload of sunlight in in the morning because natural light helps you wake up, and now that it's summer, the sun should rise and shine early enough

I don't even need an alarm clock this way, and I don't feel like going back to sleep after waking up like this

naw guys it's not the problem of waking up
it's the problem of going to bed
if i go to bed now i will literally lay there until 3-4
you will eventually be tired enough to just faint in the evening at the right time
