Hells&Khains Weapon Pack won't show up in game

I've downloaded the pack, the Support_RyAssets, the Support_AdvGuns, all of that, but they will not show up in game. I've redownloaded the pack. Any suggestions?

They do not show up without other addons.

I looked, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Maybe I just don't know what to look for

I did it without any add-ons at all, not just default.
