I've always wondered, how much bandwidth does hosting a server take up?

Compared to what is taken into account when setting bandwidth caps for dedicated hosting services, peanuts. My NFO server had a pre-paid bandwidth cap of 4k gigs and I never got to the 500-s.

And keep in mind, the 500 is exaggerating it.

The default networking can do about 32kbps per player.

After the next update this can increase while they are ghosting, though.
