Change crosshair when pick up a certain weapon.

I need somebody to code me a script
that will change the player's cross hair when you pick it up.
And when you put the gun down,it changes back.
Is this even possible?

Requires client and server sided code.

No one's going to download something just to have their crosshair change on a select few servers using certain guns.

might be able to do something similar through the model though, to overlay with the client's crosshair

This would only actually require client-sided code, but I still doubt people would want to download a client mod for such a trivial thing.
