i was a part of the dev team and he was giving it out to everyone on the dev team except me
its the equivalent of playing hot potato and you never receive the potato,  whats the point of playing

and its p hard to learn how to edit particles and edit maps, and i've been a part of this stuff for 2 years, so imo its a p big thing to decide

there are people who do all four of those things, so I don't think it's particularly unreasonable for you to do the same

and you put way more effort than necessary to explain a lot of stuff that you just didn't need to explain. none of that gmod drama has any bearing on this decision

was never trying to be a richard, i wanted to use it for experimental purposes and i gave him the particles knowing he wouldn't spread it to his friends
the particles were older and slightly broken
i think maybe people would want a little bit of a back story rather than me saying "im on a dev teem lol wat do i do"
its pretty stressful to figure out what you're going to put the next 3-4 months of your life working towards

i understand your point, i needed them to learn how to make particles anyway because i was planning on making new tornado particles
i wasn't telling him because i didn't want him to throw a stufffit and the only reason they were given to a friend was because he needed them for a film he was working on
it's the equivalent of your parents telling you lies, it doesn't hurt you and it shouldn't hurt you, it's so you don't forget anything up

this assumes that you somehow know exactly how many friends this guy has and who they all are, that they all make youtube videos, that you've watched all of them, and that they had any intention of making a video out of that thing anyway

actually, yea
they would only appear in videos from the last ~2 or greater weeks, i checked them to narrow down who has it and who doesn't
he invited me to a skype group with the people that he knows that do youtube videos about 2 months back
(blocking out names because they don't need to be dragged into this circle of bullstuff)
