Author Topic: Upcoming server I will hopefully host: Fat kid  (Read 947 times)

This is basically going to be a re creation of a Halo 3 gamemode and a gmod gamemode where a guy is selected to be the fat kid and all must break crates to survive and run from the fat kid. Might post some pics in the progress.

So what I am getting from this is that it is boss battles but without a class selection

So the fat kid has feels for the crates? And is trying to save them?

"I MUST SAVE THESE CRATES WITH ALL MY FATINESS!"

Why not that one gamemode where a set team of like 3 people chucked random items down a chute that made everything fling at about a million miles per hour, at another team who has to dodge the items?
Or the one where there's a select few snipers inside of a floating nest, and the rest are racers that have to make it through a floating, semi-hard, extremely long course?

I can remember the Halo 3 days when I'd just join seemingly random, full lobbies and do these random custom game sessions. Halo: Reach, too. Not in any other Halos, though.

Anyone remember Ice Cream Truck? Where everyone is really slow but can jump high, and you have to dodge the truck (Warthog) coming at you?

That'd be mildly difficult to implement in Blockland, although I'm not sure if it's programmable to kill someone with a vehicle on contact/enough speed.

vehicles already kill at high speeds, and ways to change a player's move speed were implemented in the same update as the brick limit being raised to one million iirc
