why is that
prostitution here is legal, and well regulated.

There's no regulation that I could find that would preclude the lawsuit, and the prostitute/company can be held liable for harm to customers like any other business.

He can probably sue the prostitute but not the "company" unless it's a legal company.
It's just like how a burglar can sue a home owner because the burglar cut themselves on the window they broke.
Probably won't win, but you can still try to sue...
It's funny because once something almost identical to this happened. A burgular injured themselves due to some poor condition in the house, the burgular sued the homeowner and won. He was probably still arrested for breaking and entering though...
