So I for somewhat reason want a Windows 8 Laptop for Christmas because everything runs smoother then a normal PC, which I currently own. To be honest, I'm loving done with Windows 7. Unless I have barely anything installed, everything goes smoothly. With Windows 8 everything runs completely faster than Windows 8. So what should I do? Stick with a stuffty PC with I hate or get a Laptop where everything runs quicker

Why not save up money and keep an eye out for components that you want incase they go on sale? With Black Friday coming kinda soon, you could probably get some really good components rather than buying a premade laptop thats probably expensive for semi-decent specs. Of course if you dont want to wait to build a PC, buying the laptop is fine. Building a PC is a pretty good experience
