Author Topic: found a copy of mega man battle network 5, wat do  (Read 447 times)

ok so i was browsing through mega man games a few days ago when i saw mmbn5 for sale for like 5 bucks. on the listing it said something along the lines of it being an arpg, and i remembered i had a mega man game that was an arpg. so i scavenged through my grandparents' house to find the gba and the glorious title, and after a few hours (not exaggerating) i found them. i sat down on my bed at like 3 am with the lights on (due to the gba's terrible lighting) and played for 3 hours straight. after my session, i started crying remembering how fun it was as a 4 year old to toy around with the game, the last time i played was when i was like 8, i didn't understand what was going on but i enjoyed it anyway.

i had so much fun playing it, i never wanted to lose my grip on those stubborn controls, i'm tearing up as i'm typing rn. but, just as i enjoyed it, the other issue at hand is selling it. 5 bucks isn't a lot for a gba game now that they're nowhere to be found, but i do need a few quick dollars and this along with the other games and the gba would probably land me at least 40 bucks. my grandpa was the previous owner, he basically gave it to me because i spent way more time on it, but i don't know if he'd let me sell it. i'll ask him, but again, idk.

so, basically, i need help on a decision. the game was so loving fun but i need money, wat do.

If it's really fun and a part of your childhood, you should just keep it.

find something that you don't need to sell

battle network is good, keep it

The DS version is superior and you can play it on a 3DS but... urgh does these 3d models look ugly, and you see them all the time!

Also thank god you did not get 4. You can only play the Blue Moon version with a classic GBA or cheats. The game is terrible anyways.
