Dystopic: The Second Revolution (Build/RP)

Hosting yet another server.
Please don't make this thread weird like last time.

It has 2D music and a bunch of events that make a full song play instead of just a <40 seconds loop.
It's an RP or a build, whichever you feel like. The theme is, of course, a dystopia. Creativity isn't allowed, everyone must conform or be locked away. There's already been a revolution, but obviously, it has failed. Years later, the revolution has been rebuilt and is ready to fight for their creativity!

...I now wonder if there's a weaponized paint can weapon. That'd be kinda cool. "WANNA TURN EVERYTHING GREY? TOO BAD, YOU ARE PURPLE AND DEAD."

i don't know what the build looks like, i don't care what the add-on roster looks like, i actively dislike the fact that there's a 2d music system that plays an entire song seemingly on loop during an rp where that sort of thing will inevitably become annoying background droning, and the theme seems trite and too on the nose

like, blockland is a building game with no story line. what theme does blockland's 'setting' give rise to? creativity. it's like 2 steps of logic away from the root material, it feels like a total copout

i don't like the idea of just sitting around all day role playing activities in a gray and deliberately featureless cityscape either but that's something that's an inevitability with the rp's theme and setting, but simultaneously being gray and deliberately featureless to pose a point doesn't mean you're above rebuke because the setting is still gray and featureless

...You do realize it's not just sitting around doing nothing, right? There's the Rebel-controlled areas that are bright and colorful. Or will be, at least.
Also, there's black-market cheese dealers. And it's kinda somewhere inbetween a roleplay and a story-based FPS.

Locking the thread... I'll post another one once I get the build sufficiently set up. Server'll still be up and public when I'm working and you are perfectly allowed to join and attempt to get rid of the government forces. Or play as them.

Also, the full-song-thing isn't a loop, and I removed it after I completely scrapped the original map.
