Is there a swimming stamina mod?

I'm interested in creating a survival island kind of build/RP thingy which would be surrounded by water. Is there any mod I could use that would prevent players from just swimming out into the infinite distance?

Spawn sharks out somewhat far, but not see-able. But they don't pass a certain zone.

I think there's an event mod for water that has OnPlayerEnterWater. If there is you can just event this.
