Invalid Scan Freq.

D: So when I was on Inaxios server I had to change the screen resolution because it looked weird. Now I put  640x480 and It says Invalid scan Freq. I need help!

Get a better monitor.

Press alt+enter to go into windowed mode, then select a new resolution.  Be aware of the refresh rate setting and don't set it beyond what your monitor is capable of (for most monitors at 640x480 the maximum is 120hz)
