All of these mods are great, but I'm puzzled as to why you don't just make a megathread.
There's no point for me to make a megathread and heres why:
Add-on creation has died down and is currently very sparse, I am not ruining the add-on board with small mods.
I am infact one of the few people actually submitting addons at this current time
Megathreads suck ass and only fit very specific situations1.
People looking for mods that fit their needs are not going to search through a megathread for their addon
Using search features is a nightmare to try to find stuff in a megathread
A larger audience is grabbed when they can clearly see what they are looking for
New releases become hidden, less people notice that addons are released all crammed into a giant topic
2.
Input on addons becomes gimped, people are no longer talking about the same thing they are talking about a jumbled mess of addons
People are going to end up asking the same god damn questions over and over because they aren't willing to read through 80 pages of posts about multiple addons
What Megathreads do work for:
A very specific arrangement of things that will be increasingly useful; content that synergises together or are very similar ie: speedkart maps, weapon packs like tier tactical and here is why: they are very specific and when searching for something or stumbling upon such content said user usually wants all the content or just a portion of the content, allowing for them to cherry pick the similar content they want, say they may want all of the basic tier tactical packs but not the melee pack because they want a gun oriented death match, or someone wants to pick and choose what speedkart maps they want on their server, this is a great and wonderful time to use a megathread because people will then be able to choose the content they want to use for a specific purpose
however when it comes to several random dissimilar mods that were all created for different purposes making a mega thread MAKES NO SENSE
Aw man, I missed grabbing snowballs form a white guy's face.
Wait what
Unfortunately this never actually happened due to the way that the code is written, I believe Jefferson Block is mistaken
