Here are a few good places to find weapons:

Return to Blockland - Lots of good add-ons. These are older because it's just a backup of the old RTB downloads system.
Blockland Glass - Has a small (but growing) selection of weapons to check out.
Add-Ons Board - You can try using the search page or a Google search to find something specific there.
