Wow that's all the way in outer Suffolk. I actually spent a few days in East Hampton this summer.

What'd you think of it? Personally I think all of the Hamptons are completely overrated (Amagansett, East Hampton, Southhampton, Westhampton, Montauk, etc). It used to be a great oasis for the uber wealthy, now it's too known and too crowded with other humans. In the early 2000s when we used to go, it was literally a paradise. It was clean, mostly deserved and while it was still expensive, it was all somewhat relative (now you pay NYC prices in the Hamptons).

It had a lot of rich houses.

I'm back at my uncle's house, I was riding the ferry a bunch. I'm going to see star wars 7 again with my bbc.co uncle.

Does your uncle reside in the area? We used to have a second home in Quogue if you're familiar (it's adjacent to the Hamptons) and most of the homes weren't anything luxurious -- simply just cape cod-styled cottages and bungalows.

Go visit RACCOONEER1214 there in Newburgh.

Was Old York not good enough for you?
