can't test levels past 6 until you beat 6

oh i should mention this controversial thing:

If you have not beaten a level that is being moved behind you (e.g. you are on level 21, but level 29 is being moved to 18) YOU WILL BE MOVED BACK TO THAT LEVEL!!!
No exceptions
