Is a System_Service_Exception BSOD worth worrying about.

I read an article how it has something to do with bad drivers or something but everything I have is up to date.
It's not like I have an obsure card or processor or something anyways, so...
I was just playing trackmania and deleted an object and bwap, the computer crashed.

I'm just curious if this is a BSOD that actually means something or was just an error that I shouldn't be too concerned about.

here's a fun way to find out if anybodys bsod is worth worrying about:

1. did it repeat?
2. if yes go to 3a if no go to 3b
3a. now go and look into fixing it.
3b. stop worrying you're so paranoid.

It happened once like 2 hours into trackmania after deleting an object.
I haven't been able to replicate the issue since.

You can crash Trackmania when you delete a group of blocks that have been glitched into each other.
May or may not be it.
