For the forums, Badspot will do it if you ask really nicely and it's just a minor change.
For Blockland, you can change your name at the bottom.

I'll pm him, and also I'd rather get my forum account deleted rather than getting a name change. Is there a way to do that using the same bl id/key? I did some really messed up crap around Nov 2013.
