How "possible" is first-person spectating?

dlls are generally not worth the hassle and unlike addons can be malicious and really forget with your game

Nah, you don't need to make a dynamic library. You can do it directly in the script ( i guess)

I remember really long time ago slayer used to glitch so you would spectate from the inside of people and it looked weird

I really don't think it's possible otherwise why wouldn't it be default/done by now.

Same reason Soft Body Physics in Blockland isn't a thing yet.
