Guy guys a painting fell down in hallway and I am in bedroom and I don't want to leave out of fear, my dog is too busy to defend the house I think it's the neighbors who sell crack what do I do?

If you hear some and they aren't anyone that should be in your house, call the police.
Otherwise, the nail probably fell out or something.
