I want to make a few sfx stuff without getting forgeted over by youtubes awfull copyright system.
Maybe some neat 8bit music or whatever. Either way recommend good ones

Audacity is probably your best bet. Don't be surprised if it's difficult to get used to, but I use it for pretty much all audio and sound design

I have it but I meant more something that gives you some sounds and you can edit it, Or create a sequence of sounds thats gives a nice beat or whatever the cool kids call it.

FL Studio, or Fruity Loops Studio. It's not free, but it's on par as some of the easiest software to get into and it's a bit more on the less expensive side (Considering $1,200 can be considered a reasonable software investment)

funfact: undertale's soundtracks were made on FL studio. many with tweaked default sounds
its a v good program

If you want something free like FL, check out LMMS.

Mouth
It makes sounds, right.

If he's just looking to make sounds, the trial for FL is probably good enough as well. It's only restriction is not being able to save projects, sounds can still be exported.
