music is literally just an .ogg loop that is <= 1mb. you don't need anything code-wise to do it, though you'll need an audio file editor.

just make it, drop it into your addons/music folder, and you're done.

You can use Audacity to export the music as an OGG, but make sure that it's a single track that is set to mono
