iirc because we develop in the womb without love which is then later decided. e.g the parts of the richard are the same as on the vagina like the clit being the same stuff as the richard head and what not.

Well, love isn't later decided. That's decided at the moment of conception.
Either an X (female) or Y (male) sperm binds with the X ova, to form a girl (XX) or a boy (XY).
From that point you are always going to either be born male or female.
But when growing, the body grows in a female form initially, and then the male aspects grow from the female structures.
