Does it happen every time?
Have you installed any client add-ons / made any major changes to your game recently?
It's very hard to find the root of the problem with you just saying

Move cache.db somewhere else and see if that fixes it

If not, move it back

Same, it was because one of the admins was playing music really loudly, and my Blockland obviously couldn't handle it, so it just crashed.

...you can't change the volume of the music serverwide without editing the .ogg I thought?
