Author Topic: A picture I worked on in photoshop  (Read 663 times)

So I had gotten certified in adobe photoshop and I made this for a photoshop contest

it's...okay but it seems really dischordant. just seems like a bunch of effects slapped on top of eachother.

also you should probably avoid mirroring a person's face it usually looks really dumb in like literally anything

I had to mirror it because the lighting on the other side wasn't good.
And I added some stuff in, not just overlay effects

if the picture isn't good you can always snap a better photo. good photography plays a huge part in making a good picture, with or without photoshop.
unless this photoshop contest gave you a specific picture and it was handled by one of those people who think photoshop is a magic program that can fix everything ever

even still, there doesn't really feel like any theme to it or anything. it has the appearance of random effects on a person's face and a background -- they don't seem to have anything to do with eachother.

despite that it's a good start; don't let this discourage you

Alright. Thanks though for some good advice :)
